Retreat into the Forest on this Remote Hiking Trail to Visit Hidden Waterfalls

This tour offers a longer hike on a scenic trail in Pisgah National Forest. Imagine a mountain trail that passes over flowing brooks and quaint bridges, winding through fields and forests. Our Adventure Tour is a more rugged experience giving you a very nice retreat from the city.

Your tour starts with a drive up the Blue Ridge Parkway (weather pending) towards Pisgah National Forest. On a 4.3-mile moderate hike (with short periods of steeper inclines), we pass “off the beaten path” waterfalls that will not disappoint. Your guide helps you identify and appreciate the mountain flora and fauna and explains historical facts along the way. This tour includes an organic picnic lunch (with vegetarian options) beside an Appalachian trout stream. From mountain views to waterfalls, wildflowers to forests, this trip has you feeling inspired!

Feel free to reach out to us with any questions you have about the waterfall tour, but please note that we will also contact you the day before the tour to confirm meeting times and locations and answer any additional questions you may have. For those with dietary restrictions, we recommend bringing additional lunch items.

Please note that in the event a tour is canceled due to heavy rain our guides will contact you directly.
